The situation regarding entry requirements in Europe is extremely complex and fragmented, and at times unclear.
In an attempt to see the situation more clearly, HOTREC has designed a matrix document to show where intra-European travel is authorized, restricted (with mandatory quarantines and/or testing requirements) or heavily restricted (essential travel authorized only). We have done our utmost to ensure the information in this matrix is accurate (as of today, 11 September - updates announced in advance for 12 September are also covered), but would nonetheless very much welcome any corrections you might want to suggest.
