/ Comic strip alerts for the dangerousness of shadow restaurants

In June 2016 GNI-Synhorcat published a comic strip on shadow restaurants. The story compares restaurateurs (called in the comics Mr. and Mrs Fairplay - "Reglaud", in French) to individuals proposing meals at home (represented by Hubert75 and playing the role of shadow restaurants). GNI-Synhorcat wants to present all differences that exist between professionals, who comply with a large scale of regulations, and the clandestine dinner, without any rules and no responsibility in case of dramatic situations (e.g.: allergies, accidents due to the abuse of alcohol, etc.) GNI-Synhorcat hopes that the comic strip will alert the attention of crucial actors: firstly, parliamentarians but also consumers associations and citizens to the dangerous of shadow restaurants.
