HOTREC proposals for the Digital Services and Market Acts - position papers
HOTREC welcomes the Digital Services Act (DSA) and DIgital Markets Act proposed by the European Commission in December 2020 and looks forward to contributing to the ongoing debate as the proposals are examined by European Parliament and the EU Member States.

We warmly encourage our Members to share these documents with the MEPs from their home market as well as relevant national ministries which will be shaping these proposals via the EU Council. HOTREC will be circulating these documents in particular to key MEPs involved in these procedures and to the permanent representations to the EU of the Member States.
