Questionnaire on copyright and neighbouring rights in hotels, restaurants, bars and discotheques  - SURVEY UPDATE 2022

Following several demands in this sense from HOTREC members, we would like to update the questionnaire on copyright and neighbouring rights. We therefore kindly request the national associations to update the information for their countries (please highlight new content in yellow) or fill-it in if this was not done yet and send it back to the HOTREC secretariat [email protected] .

Please note that tariffs and prices should be indicated in Euros and per year when replying to the questionnaire.

We have received so far responses from 14 HOTREC Member countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany (hotels), Greece, Ireland, Italy (restaurants and bars), Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden. We are very grateful for these responses.
