Following the EPIF meeting on Strong Customer Authentication of 16 June, it was agreed to send a new EPIF letter to the European Banking Authority and European Commission to request a further SCA implementation delay of at least 6 months. The letter, co-signed by HOTREC, is available on this page. It should be noted that the letter was sent following a negative response to by European Commission Vice President Vasilis Dombrovskis to another joint industry letter issuing an identical request. The letter is also available here below, in confidence for HOTREC Members.
