SMEs access to EU Funding: INvest EU Programme

On 15 November, HOTREC attended an event of the European Parliament's SME intergroup co-hosted by MEP Martina Dlabajova (Czech Republic, Renew) and MEP Angelika Winzig (Austria, EPP) and SME United.

MEP José Manuel Fernandes (Portugal, EPP) - rapporteur on the implementation of the borrowing strategy to finance NextGenerationEU, the Union’s recovery instrument - highlighted difficulties for SMEs to access financing through InvestEU including the short timeframe.
