UNWTO draft Roadmap on Food Waste in Tourism - for comments

Within the framework of the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Programme, the UNWTO is working on the development of a Global Roadmap on Food Waste Reduction in Tourism (). Their aim is to provide guidance to accommodation businesses and cruises to address food waste.
